Graduated in Economics ‘cum laude’ from the University of Turin, he developed his career in international financial and professional institutions.
His professional experiences begin in Ernst & Young; then he moves to JPMorgan, where he worked on cross border transactions for major European multinationals.
His professional career evolved in private equity by joining the Barclays Private Equity, Italy.
He remains engaged in the world of private equity for more than ten years, carrying out 24 transactions for a value of €327 million with an average return of 1.7x the capital invested. He was also a key component of the European fundraising team capable of raising two funds for a total of € 4.15 billion.
In 2014 he founded Faberstone Capital which is a permanent capital investor in long-term industrial projects. He developed a first project in the food sector where through three acquisitions he built-up a consolidated company in the fresh pasta and sauces segment.
His second project concerns the creation of the first Italian player in the development and management of hotel structures with the condo hotel formula. Marco is scrupulous and concrete, with a strong focus on objectives and a typical obstinacy of entrepreneurs.
He professionally grew up in Anglo-Saxon companies where transparency, reputation and team-working are essential values. He believes that intellectual curiosity and the stimulus to always improve are the engines of every project. He strongly believes in the value of the team and is convinced that it is the ability of a group of people to work together that enable to reach important goals.
Global Relationship Banker with 20+ years of experience in corporate and investment banking coverage with a particular focus on developing and maintaining senior relationships with large corporates, with the direct responsibility of originating and executing highly visible and profitable transactions across equity, debt and advisory products.
Responsibilities focused on managing both domestic and international business with Italian clients. Strong interpersonal and managerial skills with a natural attitude to develop strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Adapted to the changing environment of the banking industry developing new skills, focusing on matters related to Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime and Anti Bribery & Corruption.
Degree in Economics with specialization in Tourism and Master in Economics of the Tourism Industry from Bocconi University are the solid foundations towards an exciting adventure in the tourism sector that began about 20 years ago. Sales & Marketing responsibility, openings of new luxury structures and consultancy in prestigious international chains allow Valeria to acquire an experience capable of
enriching and completing her professional background over the years.
In 2017, alongside her managerial career, Valeria reached a further important milestone by designing and building the BEST ASTI, a bilingual primary school.
Solar, dynamic, empathetic and versatile, with an always positive approach to professional challenges and a strong approach to problem solving. She loves to conceive the creative soul and the philosophy of the project she works on; to study strategies in detail, to listen, coordinate and excite colleagues to obtain winning results.
Born in 1978, Sicilian of origin but Milanese by adoption, two children and a tireless and patient companion, he moved to Milan in 1997 to attend Business Administration at Bocconi University. He began his professional activity in companies operating in the luxury world, and then, in 2012, he radically changed by entering the Hospitality and Food sector.
First, he opened a restaurant in the center of Milan, then moved on to the management and development of catering activities within prestigious hotel structures throughout the country. In 2018 he moved to the Canavese area to carry out the important redevelopment project of the Castle of San Giorgio, which has become an elegant accommodation facility and location for ceremonies and events.
Today he also holds the role of President of the Tourism, Sport and Culture group in Confindustria Canavese. He is characterized by a strong tenacity and determination in
achieving the objectives.
