The idea of Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist presented at Ristorante Monastero is the result of Paolo’s experience in great Italian hotels (the Palace and Principe di Savoia Dorchester in Milan, the Grand Hotel in Abano Terme and those abroad, in Egypt and London).
