The innovative purchase model allows the Buyer to customise their purchase according to their own usage needs, thus maximising the return on their property. There are three packages with annual yields from 3% to 4% calculated on the initial purchase value, with the possibility for the Buyer to use their property for up to 8 weeks during the year. The available weeks can also be used in all the other structures of the Palma Mysuite Hotel circuit, thus gaining access to an exclusive Club.
