Your suite in Soiano del Lago

PALMA Mysuite is pleased to present you with an exclusive opportunity to purchase one of the wonderful 16 Suites within the Resort located in Soiano del lago, near Desenzano. A safe and innovative investment, a model that manages to perfectly combine the services of a luxury hotel such as a wellness centre, a heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful planted park with the comforts of a private home, and a superior category restaurant service.

The 16 suites, some of which are on two levels, enjoy a pleasant view of the pool and the resort grounds. They range in size from 55 to 115 m² and are enhanced by a large, livable outdoor area. The Suite comprises a living room with an open kitchen, sleeping area and two bathrooms. The suites will be delivered fully furnished and equipped down to the last detail. In 2023 the property will be expanded with another 30 junior suites, completing a process of conversion into a Condo Hotel.

The Condo Hotel formula is well established abroad and developed for the first time in Italy by PALMA Mysuite.

The buyer of the Suite has full ownership of the property and Palma Mysuite takes responsibility for the management of the property, guaranteeing the Buyer not only a fixed annual return but also the coverage of both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance condominium costs.

The innovative purchase model allows the Buyer to customise their purchase according to their own usage needs, thus maximising the return on their property. There are three packages with annual yields from 3% to 4% calculated on the initial purchase value, with the possibility for the Buyer to use their property for up to 8 weeks during the year. The available weeks can also be used in all the other structures of the Palma Mysuite Hotel circuit, thus gaining access to an exclusive Club.
